Return & Exchange Eligibility
Hair extensions may be returned or exchanged within ninety (90) days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened and remains in its original packaging.
- The security seal or warranty seal is fully intact.
- The product has not been worn, removed, tried on, or altered.
- The hair has not been cut, colored, styled, washed, treated, or chemically processed.
- Any tester piece included with the product is still included and has not been tampered with.
Because our products are personal-use human hair items, we must follow strict hygiene and product-integrity standards. For this reason, any item that has been opened or has a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale Items
The items in the list below are not eligible for returns or exchanges (“Clearance Goods Items” are final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange):
- Clearance Goods Items: Classic Mink Eyelash Extensions, Wigs, Tools and Accessories
- Clip-in ponytails
- All Wigs
- Opened or used hair extensions
- Customized, altered, or special-order items
We kindly recommend reviewing your order carefully before opening your product, especially shade, length, texture, and product type.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team or submit your request through our official return process:
Our team will review your request and provide the next steps if your item meets the eligibility requirements. Please note that returns and exchanges are available only for eligible, unopened, unworn, and unaltered items.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
We want your return process to be as smooth and secure as possible.
- Returns must be sent using the instructions provided by Morado Hair.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
- Morado Hair is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, or sent without tracking.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by Morado Hair.
For international returns, packages should be clearly labeled: RETURN, NO DUTIES
Incorrect labeling may cause delays, customs charges, or refused shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received, our team will carefully inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return eligibility requirements. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds apply to the purchase price of eligible items only. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For international orders, taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges may not be refundable and are subject to local rules and regulations.
Exchanges
We understand that selecting the perfect shade, length, or texture online can be difficult, and we are happy to help when an item qualifies. Eligible unopened hair extensions may be exchanged within 90 days of delivery for another shade, length, or product, provided all return eligibility conditions are met.
Exchanges are processed after the original item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Third-Party Brand Products
Certain products sold by Morado Hair are manufactured by third-party professional brands, including but not limited to BaBylissPRO, Wahl, Andis, and Salon Pro (Universal Beauty Products). Because these items are not manufactured by Morado Hair, any warranty claims, defects, repairs, replacements, or product performance concerns must be handled directly through the original manufacturer. If you experience an issue with a third-party brand product, please contact our customer care team first. We will provide detailed instructions, including the manufacturer’s return, warranty, or service process when applicable.
Please note:
- Third-party brand products may be subject to the manufacturer’s own warranty, return, and repair policies.
- Morado Hair does not control the manufacturer’s approval process, inspection requirements, timelines, or final decision.
- Products may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer rather than to Morado Hair.
- Original packaging, proof of purchase, serial numbers, and photos may be required by the manufacturer.
- Any approved replacement, repair, or refund will be handled according to the manufacturer’s policy.
We are happy to guide you through the process and help you understand the next steps, but final approval for third-party brand product claims rests with the manufacturer.
General Conditions
Morado Hair reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Items returned in used, opened, altered, damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant condition may be refused and returned to the customer.
