Is There a Minimum Spend to Qualify for Free Shipping?

Yes! If you spend at least $250 USD, may qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, before taxes and after any discounts are applied. Free shipping, when available, will be automatically applied at checkout. Promotional shipping offers may vary and may change without prior notice.

Where do orders ship from?

Morado Hair orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Anaheim, California, USA. Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, item type, or fulfillment requirements.

How long does shipping take?

We offer several shipping options at checkout so you can choose the service that best fits your needs.

Estimated U.S. delivery options may include:

  • Economy / Standard Shipping: Approximately 4–6 business days
  • Rush Shipping: Approximately 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day, when available (need to add option at checkout)
  • USPS Priority Mail / P.O. Box / APO / AE: Delivery time depends on location and carrier service

When will my order ship?

Our team does its best to process orders as quickly as possible during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address. You will be able to review your available shipping options and exact shipping cost before entering payment details and completing your order. We work with trusted carriers to help provide safe, reliable, and timely delivery.



Local Pickup

You may also have the option to pick up your order at our store or facility located in Anaheim, California, USA.
If local pickup is available for your order, the option will appear at checkout. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking details. In some cases, tracking may not show movement immediately, even after the package has been picked up.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, and our team will do our best to guide you.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. Morado hair is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect delivery scans, or delays caused by events outside our control.
