Payment Safety
Your trust is very important to us. Morado Hair uses secure third-party payment processors to help protect your payment information during checkout. Morado Hair does not store your full credit card information on our website or in our customer records.

Coupons, Discounts & Promotional Offers
Only one promotional discount, coupon code, or special offer may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, wholesale pricing, special pricing, rewards, or promotions unless Morado Hair specifically allows it.
Discounts and coupon codes are:
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Not valid after expiration
- Not valid on prior purchases

- Subject to change or cancellation at any time
Morado Hair reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or refuse any promotional offer, discount code, or coupon at any time, with or without notice. If a discount code is not working, please contact us before completing your order. We may not be able to apply a discount after an order has already been placed.
Sale Items & Promotional Pricing
Promotional pricing, sale pricing, bundle offers, and limited-time discounts are valid only during the stated promotional period or while supplies last. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Morado Hair does not guarantee price adjustments after an order has been placed. If a product goes on sale after your purchase, we are not obligated to refund the difference unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Some sale, clearance, discontinued, or promotional items may be final sale and may not qualify for return, exchange, or additional discounts.
Buy Now, Pay Later Options
Morado Hair may offer Buy Now, Pay Later payment options through third-party providers such as Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, or other providers available at checkout. These services allow eligible customers to purchase now and pay over time, subject to the provider’s approval, terms, conditions, payment schedule, and eligibility requirements.
Buy Now, Pay Later options are provided by independent third-party companies. Morado Hair does not control approval decisions, payment schedules, late fees, interest, financing terms, account restrictions, or provider policies.
Please review the payment provider’s terms carefully before selecting a Buy Now, Pay Later option.
Using Buy Now, Pay Later at Checkout
To use a Buy Now, Pay Later option, simply add eligible items to your cart and select the available installment payment option at checkout.
First-time users may be required to create an account with the payment provider and provide personal or payment information. Returning users may need to log in to complete the purchase.
Eligibility may depend on:

Buy Now, Pay Later for Professionals & Stylists
For stylists, salon owners, and affiliated professionals, Buy Now, Pay Later providers may require the use of personal account information rather than a business name. Approval requirements and account rules are determined by the third-party payment provider, not Morado Hair. If your application or payment is declined, please contact the payment provider directly for assistance.
Payment Schedule for Installment Orders
Payment schedules vary depending on the provider selected at checkout. Some installment plans may require a payment at the time of purchase, followed by additional payments every two weeks or monthly. Some monthly plans may include interest. Before completing your purchase, the payment provider should show your payment schedule, installment amounts, applicable interest, and any fees. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the payment terms before placing your order.
When Will My Order Ship If I Use Buy Now, Pay Later?
Orders placed with an approved Buy Now, Pay Later payment method are processed according to Morado Hair’s standard processing and shipping timelines. Using an installment payment option does not automatically delay shipment, as long as the payment is approved and the order does not require additional verification. Shipping timelines are still subject to product availability, order processing, carrier transit times, backorders, holidays, and other fulfillment conditions.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds for Buy Now, Pay Later Orders
Returns and exchanges for Buy Now, Pay Later purchases are subject to Morado Hair’s Return & Exchange Policy.
Please do not return your purchase directly to the payment provider.
If your return is approved and a refund is issued, Morado Hair will process the refund according to our return policy. The Buy Now, Pay Later provider will then adjust your payment plan or refund eligible paid amounts according to its own policies.
Please note:
- Installment plans may not update immediately.
- Any interest, fees, or late fees already charged may not be refundable.
- Partial refunds may reduce or adjust remaining payments.
- Payment provider policies determine how refunds are applied to your account.

Late or Missed Installment Payments
If you miss a payment on a Buy Now, Pay Later plan, the provider may charge late fees, restrict future use, or take other action according to its terms.
Morado Hair does not manage or control late fees, missed payment penalties, credit decisions, account restrictions, or collection activity related to third-party installment plans.
Please contact the payment provider directly if you need help with your payment schedule.
Payment Issues
If your payment does not go through, we recommend checking the following:

- Card number, expiration date, and security code are correct.
- Your bank has authorized the transaction.
- Your payment method has sufficient available funds.

Morado Hair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, incomplete, or inconsistent with our policies.
